Capvise was born from a recognition that the advisory landscape was failing small-cap companies. On one side, the bulge-bracket banks — excellent capabilities, but minimum ticket sizes and fee structures that put them beyond reach. On the other, generalist consultants and part-time advisors who lacked the technical depth and network to deliver institutional outcomes.
Our team has collectively spent decades in investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance. We've sat on both sides of the table — as advisors running processes, as investors evaluating opportunities, and as operators building businesses. This breadth of perspective is what makes our advice different.
We chose to focus exclusively on the small-cap segment because we believe this is where advisory can have the most transformative impact.
